Services Included in the Registration, Accommodation and Ground Services Fee:
- Accommodation for 2 or 3 nights in standard rooms at the congress hotel, including breakfast.
Participants selecting the 2-night package may arrange their stay between 18–20 June or 19–21 June. - Pocket program, scientific program, certificates, name badges, welcome letters,
- Refreshments served throughout the meeting
- Group dinners specially arranged (one dinner for the 2-night program, two dinners for the 3-night program)
- All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served during meals
