Gülşen Akman-Demir

Graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1990. 
Completed her residency training in Neurology in 1995, at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology, Received Associate Professorship in 2000, and full Professorship in 2006 at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology. 
In 1995, she visited Universitiy of Cambridge Medical School- Department of Neurology-Neuroimmunology Lab with a scholarship from Turkish MS Society; and in 2000, she visited Universitiy of Pensylvania Medical School Department of Neurology-Neuroimmunology Lab with a NATO scholarship from TUBITAK (Turkish Council for Scientific and Technical Research).
