Preparation of Abstracts and Writing Guidelines
- Abstracts must be prepared in English and in accordance with academic writing rules.
- The abstract text (excluding the title, authors, and institutional affiliations) must not exceed 300 words.
- Academic titles should not be used in author names.
- The full names and addresses of the authors’ institutions must be clearly stated.
- Except for chemical symbols and international units, if abbreviations are used, the term must be written in full at its first occurrence, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- Title
The title should clearly reflect the content of the study. In the abstract title, the first letter of each word should be capitalized, while the remaining letters should be in lowercase, except for words with specific meanings (e.g., proper nouns). - Abstract Text
The abstract should include the sections listed below and must not contain tables or figures:- Objectives: The purpose of the study should be clearly and concisely stated.
- Methods: The methods and/or models used should be appropriate to achieve the study objective. The type and number of subjects included in the study must be specified.
- Results: The significant findings should be presented together with statistical results.
- Conclusion: The conclusions drawn based on the study findings should be stated.
If applicable, supporting institutions/organizations may be acknowledged with the support code at the end of the Conclusion section. The acknowledgment text is included in the 300-word limit.
- Keywords: A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords must be provided.
E-Poster Preparation Guidelines
- E-posters will be displayed online at the congress venue.
- E-poster presentations must be prepared in PPT format, and each e-poster should consist of a single slide.
- E-posters must be prepared in vertical 16×9 format.
- Academic titles should not be used in author names; surnames should be written in capital letters, and the name of the presenting author must be underlined.
Participants who will attend with a poster presentation are kindly requested to submit their poster abstracts by March 15 2026. Following the abstract evaluation process, authors of accepted posters will be asked to send their PPT-format poster files, prepared in accordance with the above guidelines, to [email protected].
General Rules & Conditions for Abstract Submission
- Abstracts must be submitted online via the congress website. Abstracts sent by e-mail or postal mail, independently of the system, will not be accepted. Abstracts must be uploaded to the electronic submission system by March 15, 2026 at 23:59.
- If the person uploading the abstract to the system is different from the corresponding author who will attend the congress, the corresponding author must be marked as the “Presenting Author.” Contact information of the corresponding (presenting) author is mandatory during submission.
- Abstracts must not have been previously published or presented elsewhere.
- For an abstract to be accepted, the author who will present the study must have completed congress registration and paid the registration fee. Authors who do not register for the congress will not be able to present their work.
- The scientific and legal responsibility of the abstract rests with the authors. If the abstract book is published on the congress website after the congress, the Organizing Secretariat and the Scientific Committee do not assume responsibility for intellectual property rights.
- Abstracts that are accepted but not presented at the congress will not be published in the congress abstract book.
