Bilgin Ozturk

Born in Sivas in 1979, he completed his primary and secondary education there. After graduating from Kuleli Military High School, he received his medical degree from the Military Medical Faculty of Gülhane Military Medical Academy in 2004. He subsequently served as a general practitioner on the Syrian border.
In 2011, he completed his residency training in Neurology at the Department of Neurology, Gülhane Military Medical Academy. Following his specialization, he served at Girne Military Hospital, GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital, and Haydarpaşa Sultan Abdulhamid Training and Research Hospital.
Since 2016, he has been serving at Gülhane Training and Research Hospital. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2020 and was promoted to Professor in 2026.
