• Transfer rates are valid for group transfers with arrivals on 18 June 2026 and departures on 20–21 June 2026. For transfer requests on other dates, please contact us.
Services Included in the Registration, Accommodation and Ground Services Fee:
- Accommodation for 2 or 3 nights in standard rooms at the congress hotel, including breakfast.
Participants selecting the 2-night package may arrange their stay between 18–20 June or 19–21 June. - Pocket program, scientific program, certificates, name badges, welcome letters, luggage tags, and similar printed materials prepared for the meeting and travel
- Refreshments served throughout the meeting
- Group dinners specially arranged (one dinner for the 2-night program, two dinners for the 3-night program)
- All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served during meals
- All transfers specified in the program below
- A local guide accompanying the group throughout the entire program
- All secretariat services prior to the congress, including contacting participants and RSVP (LCV) coordination
- Preparation of a dedicated website for the meeting
- Provision and coordination of all documentation and procedures required for the Ministry application
- A dedicated farewell desk for the group at Istanbul Airport
- Travel health insurance
- International departure tax
- All local taxes, including city tax
