Zafeiris Tsinaris

Dr. Zafeirios Tsinaris, MD, MSc, is a Clinical Microbiology Fellow at AHEPA University Hospital, Thessaloniki. He holds an MD from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Informatics and Computational Biomedicine from the University of Thessaly. His research applies computational immunology and machine learning to immune-mediated diseases—including Whole Exome Sequencing for familial Multiple Sclerosis and ML-assisted analysis of TCR repertoire cross-reactivity. His work has been published in Frontiers in Immunology, Biology, and HLA. He is a member of the Hellenic Society of Immunology and ESCMID.
